Beginning with the end in mind

This habit, which I learnt from Steven Covey in his book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, rings true. He teaches us to visualise the future, and establish our own missions.

Without settling in on the end-goal, it becomes difficult to know where one is headed. Therefore, taking the time to clarify your vision and mission is probably the most valuable thing we can do for ourselves right now.
